I've had some problems with keyboards in the past, so I made sure to purchase this Plan. It's a good thing I did because I had to replace my keyboard in less than a year. It was hassle free and no questions asked once the tech hooked the keyboard up to his computer and couldn't get it to work.

Help ease the task at hand and also the love the construction which both sits well on the table or desk and does not wobble or distract from smooth movements or motions in doing the daily tasks needed . Multiple users of different age group with no complaints. Will purchase again if needed .

Device arrived on time in full working condition, had no issues with it for almost a year until connection became loose do to constant use and movement.

When I purchased a wireless keyboard (in particular, so I could quickly key in text responses and email answers, rather than the letter-by-letter smartphone keyboard pecking method), I also bought the Geek Squad Coverage -- which I consider a wise, reasonably priced, part-and-parcel associated purchase.

The geek squad 2-year replacement never let me down when I had a problem with any products I just called and follow all directions and my product was replaced with no issues so I do recommend this plan or products because you just never know what might happen with something so you always wanna be covered.

Got geek squad on all the laptops we use for school. I’ve already used it once durning fall break. We thankfully got our computer back just in time before school started up. Due to pandemic we were without it for a little over 2 weeks! Hopefully next time it will be quicker but they fixed all the issues with no problem.

Great everyday keyboard mouse. Sleek and slim and does not get in the way. Very responsive. No backlight though, but I don't need it most of the time.
