Great I can return my item if it’s damaged and it’s worth the money

This is just a warranty for my headset but it reminds me that i still have the warranty, get the warranty if geek squad

The geek sqaud is very knowledgeable and have a lot of experienced. They will work as a team to slove any issues.

Love this replacement plan for monitors, headsets and keyboards, however, i bought it for all 5 computers that I purchased from Best Buy and when I had continuous problems with one of them , they made it impossible to exchange. Thanks god I had geek squad tech support because they worked in that computer multiple times w no extra charge . It seems that the replacement plan is just a waste of money on computers, so unfair because I spent a lot on the insurance and was unable to use it. Get geek squad tech support if possible, much better use of it.

Works amazing and doesn’t have to jump through hoops to set up the storage drive. Simple yes or no answers, and it was ready to add games onto the drive.

As of right now I have had a great experience with their protection plan. Only down fall sometimes is the wait in line but other than that it's great. Get it for every electronic I buy, the one time I didn't I broke my screen and no geek squad to help me so if you can afford it buy it. Don't be stingy. You never know.

I have never had any issues with using Best Buy's warranty to replace broken headphones! I would recommend buying the warranty everytime!

The keyboard is good and the typing sound is perfect you never get bored with keyboard and typing sensitivity and the color lights are awesome. I think it is worth for money

i’ve had lots of trouble with headsets in the past and figured getting the warranty was worth it this time.

also its always smart to keep insurance because my keyboard has been through a lot and is still hanging on so I can get these books out to my readers. If I need to replace in the future will definitely rebuy the same model and if that's not in stock I will definitely buy the same brand.

So far since I bought it, about 2 months now. It has held up pretty well, it's seen it's fair share of cat and dog attacks. And it's still keeps on working.

I know Geek squad will be there to replace or fix with lout any hesitation. No worries when it comes to buying nice expensive stuff not lasting.

Always helps to have a back up protection. Definitely gives you a peace of mind, for if your items has an issue. I think of all the things I should have gotten a warranty for, but didn’t wanna pay a few bucks more for. Then ended up having to get a new one and pay the full price again. Always get a protection plan.

Always worth spending a little extra to have the protection when and if you need it. We have had positive experiences in the rare occasions we have had to use the protection on items but the service is always good and having this makes it so easy and no stress if something goes wrong.

Havent had to use this yet, but they emailed me the terms, and assured me I will be able to redeem this even if I lose all paperwork. My mind is at ease.
