If you are looking for one of the best warranties offered by a store, then Best Buy has the best replacement warranty in town. If anything goes wrong or bad with your product, they will replace it with a new one. If you no longer wish to keep or replace the product, you can get a full refund.

I love how quiet the keys are, and I do believe the keyboard is good for the value. With that being said the RGB lighting on this keyboard is really lacking with customization options. Really it’s a good keyboard but don’t expect the customization capacity of something like a Razer.

Ended up going back to huntsman mini. Nice, not huge diff in keyboard but big price gap.

High quality sound and easy to use. Great game sound quality and when I’m not gaming I connect Bluetooth and have my music playing!

I believe it’s always smart to take out the extra warranty. Because it doesn’t cost much and you never know what can happen. A accident on your end or something else. Best Buy doesn’t make the stuff we purchase they just sell it. Plus they will always help you know matter what. Thank You

Couldn't never get them to come back to my place after the first 2 visits. Ended up taking the TV down off the wall and taking it back to bestbuy myself. Got my new TV and took it home and put it back up on the wall myself.

Got this for a set of security cameras. When they crapped out Best Buy took them back with no issue and applied the full amount I had paid toward a new set of cameras.
