Bought this warranty with the headset. The headset broke. I did not have a receipt and Best Buy returned it with no questions asked. They looked up my warranty with my phone number. Went flawlessly. I normally don’t buy the warranty but it was cheap and paid off for once.

Easy to set up, and comfortable as heck, I can play all day with this. Wish it clicked louder but that’s personal preference.

This keyboard is our 2nd replacement of the SAME keyboard. We love that it is a standard model. We like the click resistance, that it is backlit and the brightness is adjustable. We also wanted a corded one. This fits the bill totally. Just what we wanted!

Went through alot of headphones where mic goes out. Get this so you dont keep buying headsets!

This headset was overall pretty great, I bought it as a gift and so far it been working perfectly. My only complaint is that even when its on and in use, you can still hear the noise pretty loudly if your not using it and in the same room when it's not even that loud when on. Other than that it's been great.

Keyboard and mouse went I to best buy to replace my keyboard and mouse they went to check and replace me a new one

Geek Squad is the best! Everytime my replacement is about to run out, I come in and upgrade and it saves a lot of money!

My wife uses this keyboard along with the iPad Pro in place of a laptop for her work in ministry. She loves it! She has yet to complain about not having a laptop. The combination allows her to do everything she'd want to do on a laptop.

Good idea to purchase to provide additional insurance on your electronics just in case something goes wrong & needs to be replaced!!

I haven't used the warranty for my keyboard but its great to know that I'm covered. I have used the warranty for other items and I would say its a great value for the peace of mind and service they offer.

This keyboard is great, the keys are smooth, quiet and percise . Nob for controlling your music it has rgb . Overall its great i, it is a little pricy though. Highly recommended it.

Recommended if you rage a lot or have children, protect your investments

Keyboard was a good keyboard was used alot so keyboard keys started to stick. Overall this product is good and highly recommended.

I buy the protection/replacement programs for everything I buy. Well worth the investment. Better than having to pay for a whole new one if it breaks and the prices for the protection are very reasonable!

If you like to be able to just connect and go, this is the one to get because all you have to do is connect it up and then select the color that you want and your are super good to go!

Always liked Bestbuy insurance! Now it's changed to a yearly fee? Or is it the yearly fee and another charge for the Indians now?
