Always liked Bestbuy insurance! Now it's changed to a yearly fee? Or is it the yearly fee and another charge for the Indians now?

Sometimes, buying accident protection just makes sense. This accident protection plan me at the very least buys me peace of mind.

Jut works. May not work for heavy duty gaming, but survives pinball fine and is great for everyday word processing and program development. I'm assuming I won't actually have to deal with the GS since the local precinct doesn't like working with me.

I love the Geed Squad . Everytime I call I receive excellent customer service and they are knowledgeable and helpful. It is worth every penny. A great Value. They installed and mounted all my tv's .

I just recently got the geek swuad and they have come in real handy! It is a little pricey but i think in the long run if you have computers and electronics its money well spent!

quick hook up and works great. The board is slightly larger and has easier keys to use than my last board. The mouse works fine

Great service! Went with a broken tv remote asked for a warranty exchange got sent the wrong one and has to go back to the store. when I went back and mentioned that the wrong remote was sent they replaced it themselves with one they had in store!

Corded headphones are something that can have problems. This was a gift for someone whose last pair died prematurely. Sounded like good insurance to me. I myself buy such cheap headphones that it isn't worth it, but with these it was worth the few dollars.

Protection plan is incredible! Will recommend for any one with purchase of new products

I'm hard on keyboards -- type a lot, every day for my job. Love the keyboard and mouse - and love the 2 year replacement I got with it. I usually wear them out before the two years is up, so makes it easier to replace with an expensive keyboard.

I buy the extended warranty in geek squad protection every chance I get. the assistance and help that I get that comes along with the protection is always worth the price even if it doesn't get used the ones I do use cover everything that I purchase it for so far

When my corsair virtuoso XT broke I went in hoping to exchange in store but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. I grabbed a different headset as a part of the exchange but it wasn’t up to my standards of use. When I went to return it the bestbuy store ended up charging me full pricing of my original headset as opposed to the sales price I had originally bought it for. I ended up losing so much money because bestbuy couldn’t honor their own system. Then when I realized bestbuy did not prioritize any customer satisfaction or service I was backed into a corner since all my money was tied up in these transactions. If I left with nothing I’m out of money. If I order it again I still lose money. Bestbuy was horrible in this entire transaction I had multiple employees “express” sympathy as it’s “corporate” for every scapegoat they needed. When I asked for additional support they advised me to seek out a corporate email on my own and write something. No complaint filing in store no reference to any higher management and no support. The service desk was uninterested, unsupportive, and all rotating staff to not be responsible for my transactions. Everyone acknowledged the receipt discrepancies but no one wanted to help or see if there’s anything to be done. Just “that’s the way it is” and passed off to the next in their chain of command unprompted. Horrible experience.

Honestly worth the money. Purchased an $80 gaming mouse almost a year ago and the mouse wheel started malfunctioning pretty badly. Took the mouse in and was able to swap it with a brand new one for only $14.99. Definitely worth it.

Love Geek Squad! I've had a few electronics replaced without any issue for not working. I buy from Best Buy specifically because they make returns simple and fully honor their warranty. Geek Squad reps installed my TV onto my fireplace and did an amazing job.

The keyboard and mouse work like a dream, I like the big buttons on the keyboard I don't make as many mistakes now.
