Spoke with Geek Squad and person very professional and resolved my issue wuickly.

Good warranty. Fully replaced my mouse I purchased that stopped working. Manufacturer would have replaced for free but would have taken 2 weeks. I went into a bestbuy store and replaced it same day. They only down side is once you use it you have to purchase another one. So it’s a one time use thing. My item was $90 so this would be more valuable on a very large purchase like TV or appliance.

I’m very clumsy when it comes to handling things, especially expensive things. Geek squad always has my back when I make mistakes!!

I purchased this for my 16 year old son during covid lockdown and I must say it's been holding up pretty well he beats the crap out of his things and this thing seems to be putting up with it.

I get a service plan on most small items. Usually my items get replace and it’s really low hassle.

Geek Squad protection plan, is very good protection in any device, is just loke no worries on gadgets or devices you purchase that’s why i always take this plan

nice big keys, easy to use. the mouse is a little slow to respond at times but all in all great.

Good headset, worth the money, Used to plate Rainbow 6 siege with it and warzone, and I was able to hear the footsteps clearly
