Best buy geek squad - is the best - i am set up for automatic renewal - wouldnt have a computer without them

Whenever I purchase hardware and software from Best Buy, I purchase the Geek Quad warranty but I have not had to use. But it’s better to have it and don’t need it, then to need it and not have it.

I always buy the protection plan for my PC accessory purchases.

I'm not sure if I understand or not purchasing the right protection plan about I have purchased three or four monitors for gaming and a computer and had a difficult time getting every fund on the last one I just wouldn't turn on and ended up shopping at Staples

Geek squad stopped by to set up my surround sound. Unfortunately they could not set up two speakers due to the set up of my home. Bit they were very friendly and informative.

I hope I don't have to use it, but well worth it to cover mice. The sensors or switches may go bad, especially if you use them for work.

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

The agents came, opened my mouse, plugged in my cables and updated the firmware. I tipped them generously.

Very very good to know that the expensive computer equipment I bought my grandson is protected by a good warranty… it also saved me money when I later purchased my washer.

Every time I need help they are there and they don't stop until the problem is resolved. They are also very knowledgeable. I will always buy the protection plans. It's really worth it for a few extra bucks.

I love the security of knowing my big ticket items will be replaced if something happens.

I love my Zagg keyboard, it’s great, I love the feeling of a pc keyboard but it’s a iPad , it’s awesome

It’s only a matter of time after years of constant use when it will need to be repaired. If they can’t fix it, Best Buy provides a new one (must be equal in cost or more)

What more can i say. Geek squad protection plan is the best. Great customer service and there is never a problem when i call for help.
