Nice keyboard but not compatible with my desktop. It works once you figure out what key matches what symbol (@$&#) etc.

Have not needed yet protection yet, keyboard working fine.

I know Geek Squad for years, they fix almost anything and everything. If you’re having a hard time they will be able to help you. If you have any other question they would be happily able to assist you.

Good service, the only downside is that I have to drive an hour just to return something if it doesn’t work. Wish I could return it through shipping to save me the trouble.

Best Buy helped me out very well! My product had stopped functioning as intended, which is okay because I had planned ahead and bought the protection plan on it. ALWAYS buy protection! You never know what may happen in life! I was able to replace my product with a new one, and went about my day.
