I purchase the Geek Squad for my Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable due to my first one crashed in three months time. I was sooo glad to had purchase one previous If they can't fix they replace unless you crack your TV screen then this warranty are useless I would recommend Geek Squad on certain things

Best buy geek squad protection service is excellent. if anything happens within the time period best buy will replace the item with no question asked.

The protection is worth every penny. I almost ALWAYS get it. Replacement is super easy too

Great keyboard. Aesthetically pleasing. Functions well.

Never had to use replacement for the equipment so might no be necessary if is under $20 products.

Like the keyboard quite a bit. Only issue i’ve had is that sometimes I have to unplug and replug in the dongle to get it to recognize it. Wish the model also had bluetooth connection.

I have used my GS protection yet for the keyboard I bought but I'm sure they would fix it or replace with no complaint.

Very knowledgeable about products, repairs before repairs begin they explained to you what are possible causes and repair time and files are save/recovered.

Good to know that I am able to take in my item if any accidents where to occur from the purchase date to the 2 year period gives me peace of mind. I have had this protection service in the past and from what I can recall the geek squad team was always very helpful.
