    With Geek Squad sometimes you get wonderful service, sometimes not. When you call to set up the appointment that is mostly a horrible experience. Getting a good agent to service your equipment is mostly great. I recommend this because without it you have nothing.

    15 dollars for additional ease of mind on my case. Makes sense that you have to buy additional plans since it is a one time use per product.
