    Was basically told that this warranty. Wood cover pretty much anything that could possibly happen to the keyboard. Seems like a great value if that is true. Has yet to be utilized, however.

    Truly worth the extra cost! I previously bought a Microsoft Mouse/Keyboard combo (Wireless Desktop 850), and didn't purchase this extra protection. Within 6 mos., the keyboard letters began wearing away and the mouse began to malfunction due to a bad USB receiver. Too late to return, so I was faced with purchasing new equipment. Had I bought this warranty, I would have simply brought it back to Best Buy and received a replacement. I'll never make this mistake again.

    It is way better than my old keyboard. After having it for some time I like that the keys are open so stuff does not get stuck inside and it is easy to clean.

    I have told this to everyone I get to know and will continue to, BESTBUY HAS THE BEST REPLACEMENT POLICY OUT THERE. FULL STOP. If you have ANYTHING you think you would want to get replaced in 2 years and it has problems, then you can just return it and get a new one! This plan can be very cheap and great for things like gaming console controllers, which I often find myself replacing every 6 month. I just take it in, get a new controller and then pay 1 quarter of the price of a new controller, and just get a new plan on top of that and repeat. Worth every penny!

    I’ve never really had to use them but one time and they have exceptional skills a good understanding over the phone of what you’re dealing with and how to fix it and a really good at it helping you resolve the issues

    Love this service! I have used the replacement service on a few devices that I've purchased in the store and every time I've needed to use it the service has been nothing but phenomenal. They have your service record on file, help you find a replacement and get you all taken care of in the store without having to wait days or weeks for a replacement to be mailed to you. It's definitely worth the investment on certain products!

    Can't go wrong with geek squad protection. You can return the product at any time in the two year window no questions asked for a full store credit refund. This protection plan is the primary reason I purchase electronics at Best buy. As long as they continue to offer it I will continue to add to the majority of my purchases.

    For an item like my son's iPad case and being taken to and from high school each day, this was one replacement plan I felt was worth the extra cost to ensure his case functions through his last year of high school and first year of college later this year. Felt it was reasonably price in comparison to other plans warranties and Geek Squad keeps things simple when you have issues versus playing phone tag with outsourced warranty companies.
