Can't go wrong with geek squad protection. You can return the product at any time in the two year window no questions asked for a full store credit refund. This protection plan is the primary reason I purchase electronics at Best buy. As long as they continue to offer it I will continue to add to the majority of my purchases.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t think I’d ever be a fan of protection plans, but as an employee of Geek Squad I see so many people come through every day and they save so much money just because they spent a little extra for the protection plan. Now I get protection plans on almost everything I buy and it has greatly increased the lifespan of my products, as well as saved me from a couple financial disasters.

The agents were able to help me with my return, it was simple and easy. They did it quickly and they are super friendly!

This was a great standby keyboard and mouse. However, replacing batteries was getting to be a pain. For the price, it was ideal.

I used my geek squad warranty on a tv that had issues. Although i was able to use it i they deducted 100 dollars off of what i originally paid. Did not make much sense on why but it is what it is.

I bought this because of the key feedback and the keys weren't extra loud. I have a baby and my OG keyboard was just too loud. The wireless functionality is great. The light features and different profile sets offer a great experience if you play multiple games. The build is solid and sleek. Overall a really good keyboard.

Nice easy and simple service, have used the warranty system for geek squad in the past and they have never rejected any item I’ve brought unlike other stores

Get the warranty because you never know. My keyboard just stopped working and I loved that keyboard but they did not have that same board so I purchased a cheaper on. I wasn't happy about it but lease I got a new replacement

Capital Mall Geek Squad staff were courteous and helpful when my son's keyboard was exchanged. The 2nd salesman was super knowledgeable with choosing a replacement. Effortless exchange.

I don’t think the warranty from Best Buy is worth it anymore what they do now is go threw the manufacturer first never using your Best Buy warranty unlesss it goes longer than the manufacturer which these days is 2 years and if your product doesn’t have issues within 2 years it most likely won’t and will be outdated with these fast advancements

Geek squad service/warranty is amazing. For year I’ve always declined any type of warranty coverage but in the last two year I’ve started to buy it for any purchase that is eligible. Any issue I’ve ever had has been met with a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. I’ll always purchase they’re protections moving forward. Great job Best Buy!! Thanks.

All my stuff lasts more that 2 years so, thank goodness I never had to use this lol
