Protection plans for anything are a need, especially with things that you most definitely can step on or break fairly easily.

Got this for my G Pro Superlight & Superlight X. Worth it for the peace of mind on a premium mouse with a steep price tag. Used it twice because of scroll wheel malfunction and double clicking malfunction. Went in, got a brand new mouse no questions asked.

This expansion card has let me go from 5 games to over 20 and I still have some room. I’m very pleased. Must buy!

Took my laptop in for a diagnostic check up and update that we were having trouble doing ourselves. Also the track pad and volume was acting funky. They fixed it in a day or so and haven’t had any problems with it since then! They were really friendly and made sure to explain what was the problem and the steps they took to solve it. I always get the plan for these reasons

The geek squad guarantee is very easy to use, as well as it helps a lot when you buy it for things of daily use, since being something you use regularly, they can break down and with this guarantee you have the same product insured for a smaller amount, which I think it's great because it's very easy to change it in the store.

My son loves to buy all of their products because they have a guarantee and that is very good for a teenager because you know that something can go wrong and well, they have a guarantee, can you go exchange them?

This is the best gaming 60% gaming keyboard and when I brought it from Best Buy the service was soo good and I got it on sale. This keyboard is good it hasn’t broken or start glitching.

Love the geek squad warranty. If you use a mouse or headset daily they wear out usually in less then 24 months. If you have kids using any of your gear they will often break it in under 24 months. Have had to warranty replace hardware multiple times Just get the warranty on the new set.

Hardly ever have used a protection plan from Best Buy but when I have they stand by what they say. Hassle free replacement and even gives an option to repurchase another warranty. I buy these plans for everything I get from Best Buy.

I used this when my Razer - Kraken Wired 7.1 Surround failed at 18 months, which I knew it would since it had the mute and volume control on the line, which is where every headset I've ever had that was setup this way failed. I took it back to the store and they gave me a store credit, no questions asked. Well worth the money for wired headsets since these will usually fail in under 2 years.
