Would recommend to anyone that is contemplating on buying the geek squad insurance with anything at Best Buy

Need to have this especially if it’s for a teenager.

Geek squad is always very helpful and knowledgeable and back their products and services.

Geek squad returned my item, and went to the back to find me the replacement headset I wanted.

These guys are great not only did they help guide me through all the different options I had when browsing but after buying when I had questions or concerns guiding me through setup and adding features. They sent me copies of my service plan without asking and of info I needed when I did ask at the drop of a dime. These guys are all professional, even with this crazy year we just had! i love these headsets and you can switch from your pc to your cell phone with a button. Have been using them 80hr battery time man is like a whole week.

A great keyboard for starters (like me)! I’ve had it for almost 3 months now and it’s held up very well. The software it comes with for the RGB is pretty solid. If you’re looking for a good keyboard that isn’t overly priced, this will be a perfect one.

I purchased a two year protection policy because it’s the smart thing to do! Best Buy basically covers everything that would ever happen to the product and it was only a small percentage of what I was going to pay! Now I don’t have to worry if it breaks. Easy decision

Wow this keyboard is great. Takes a little getting used to seeing as how I’ve always used a full sized keyboard. Key action is smooth and precise. Icue software is a bit wonky but what specialized software isn’t so I wont knock a star. Would buy again if I had to.

My keyboard started to lag and I was having issues with certain keys not working. This was for the Corsair K95 platnium. So glad I got the protection plan. I was able to have the keyboard replaced and I did not lose my initial investment. I highly recommend that you sign up for the annual protection plan as it covers all your Best But purchases.
