I am glad I bought the replacement contract because the keyboard did not work right for the month I had it. Logitech support leaves much to be desired. Because of past experience with them, I bought the replacement contract and it was very easy to exchange the defective unit. Replacing anything with Logitech takes a long time and costs you to ship it so the replacement agreement is a good deal.

I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad plan. Worth the money and gives you ease of mind if something happens to one of your items you’ve bought.

My steelseries apex 7 tkl broke after a few months, and I had this warranty. After going to best buy, I was able to exchange my broken keyboard for another one. I highly recommend buying the warranty if you are not confident with the lifespan of your product and want some peace of mind.

I LOVE THE DESIGN OF THE KEYBOARD. MY WORKCOMPUTER DOESN'T ALLOW BLUETOOTH SO THIS WAS JUST WHAT I NEED BECAUSE IT CAME WITH A DONGLE FOR CONNECTION

Haven't used the protection plan for the item purchased it with recently, BUT I have used the protection plan in the past for other items I had one with and it's a good option just to be on the safe side of things. Either you will get a repair or replacement and that will save you from having to buy a new item after using it for a period of time within the plan period of coverage.

This is a good thing to have in case literally ANYTHING happens to your equipment. Life is life and things will happen. Very useful in the long run!!

Glad I had it for when my space key stopped working but even tho I had a year left on it I had to repurchase for the replacement keyboard.

I have had this keyboard for almost two years and it is holding up great!

If you’re one of those people that think is just waisted money because you’re always taking good care of your electronics,accidents happen when you less expect and if you don’t have the right protection you’re wrong.

Came with the computer and nothing special (wireless) but they do work good. The function keys require that you hold down a fn key and the press the number key like for renaming a folder or file you have to hold down the fn key and at same time hit the #2 key. A little different but you can get use to it. Mouse is just a simple mouse nothing special but wireless and works.
