If you ever have that "I'm not 100% sure" feeling when buying a product, don't hesitate to front the extra few bucks to purchase the 2-year protection service. The service is phenomenal and has saved me in the past when certain electronics started malfunctioning after an extended period of time.

I drop this on anything over 100 bucks when it is offered. They replace or SWIFTLY repair your stuff. You have access to tracking and repair status through the whole process. They do not have people behind counters waiting to argue with you, they take care of you. If you are a senior or not tech savvy this is a MUST.

The keyboard is good enough. No issues and I’ve had it for awhile now.

I always get the accidental protection warranty when it comes to items like these especially with younger ones you just never know and they have saved me a lot of money over time..unlike the other store warranty you can exchange in store others want you to ship out your items which is a big headache.

Got this for my Razer Orochi mouse just because I know a lot of gaming mice are prone to double clicking issues. This is just for reassurance in case that does happen to my gaming mouse, so I can just go and get it exchanged at a Best Buy store.

The last time i had broken something i got a full replacement, on my Xbox elite 2 controller, and i got a brand new working controller. I'm happy with the warranty. Nothing more to it.

I bought the extended warranty when I purchased my mouse for my gaming pc and sometimes things get intense and accidents happen this saved me the purchase of a new mouse when mouse was showing heavy wear and was no longer a functional unit.

I have purchased the geek squad warranty for other products . When I needed to use the warranty , was very satisfied . Product couldn’t be repaired, Best Buy replaced with similar item . I did have to pay price difference since not on sale . But much better than buying it again .

Honestly best buys fix or replace warranty is incredibly straightforward and honestly very good. I've had no issues with it yet and it's flexible while maintaining good service which is hard for a lot of warranties to do. The downside however, is if you start breaking your devices constantly it's gonna cost you a lot. But that's an issue that you have to fix yourself, not best buy. This warranty is specifically meant to outlast the manufacturer warranty and MAYBE, on rare cases of accidental damage or just straight up laziness, be easy to use to get an instant, no fuss replacement at your local best buy store.

Love the replacement plan!!! Saved my behind so many times and it’s so easy to use! Just bring your items to a cashier, give them your number to look up the warranty and if they have the same item in stock u get a replacement on the spot no cost. The best part is you can purchase the plan again on the replacement item.
