Got geek squad on all the laptops we use for school. I’ve already used it once durning fall break. We thankfully got our computer back just in time before school started up. Due to pandemic we were without it for a little over 2 weeks! Hopefully next time it will be quicker but they fixed all the issues with no problem.

Absolutely love Best Buy’s replacement plan. Other places their plans are a scam but BBs is actually worth every penny. I always get it with every electronic purchase

The Best Buy employee recommend to me to buy this protection plan, and she said just print the mouse and headset if they are not working well and they will replace for free for 3 years plan, this is not a bad deal to for $10.00

I have never had any issues with using Best Buy's warranty to replace broken headphones! I would recommend buying the warranty everytime!

Worth every penny! My son's last headset quit charging 20 months after we purchased it. Two year protection plan covered the full value paid which could be applied to any model.

Just having a piece of mind knowing if something goes wrong this TV will be fixed and/or replaced. Even though there is a warranty on our TV the manufacturer does not warranty particular things such as burn in if that were to happen. Would recommend for any items where the manufacturer does not warranty everything.

Best Warranty on the planet. I have bought warranty's on everything from almost all major retailers and Best Buy's warranty is the (ONLY) legit warranty out there. Ever tried to use a warranty from Target or Walmart? Lol good luck with that. Best Buy truly has the best warranty out of any major retailer in the world.

Warranty are great, however Best Buy now does manufacturer warranty if still under that they use that first. Your looking at over two weeks or more before seeing your product again if even fully repaired.

Works as it should, i prefur other wireless mouse and kb although.

Haven’t needed to use it yet for this headset. But in the past when purchasing a $200 headset this service has been a godsend, in replacing the headset with an exact one right off the shelf for no additional cost! So worth it!

I know Geek squad will be there to replace or fix with lout any hesitation. No worries when it comes to buying nice expensive stuff not lasting.

Ya'll, the ONLY place I buy these are at BEST BUY, because of the ease of replacement. Seriously. Should I need something repaired or replaced they take care of it. I might be annoyed by the process sometimes, but the fact that that I am getting completely replaced device instead of paying for a new one is worth every penny to me.

I got this for my headset which I return every two years. Geek Squad however is hit or miss. I brought a laptop my and they told me they replaced the motherboard and the hard drive on it. The motherboard was changed but I don’t have a hard drive…….. I have an SSD.
