This is well worth the money. I've used it so many time not only for the computers but for kindles and portable DVD players. It saves you hundreds of dollars and Best Buy recommend that you bring your devices in annually even if there is nothing wrong with them to have them checked and cleaned up.

Haven't needed them. Hopefully never will. Haha!!!

I purchased the accidental Geek Squad Protection to protect my devices as if I were protecting my financial investments. The Geek Squad Protection plan implements guidelines that serve as all around security blanket for my purchases. The plan covers a reasonable number of causes and cases that would need to be serviced.

keyboard replacements with geek squad protection plan are so easy & cost effective!! I have replaced my keyboard twice now with no issues. I will continue to purchase this plan for all devices

I have yet to use this aspect of my purchase but i have had great experiences with Geek Squad previously with a laptop.

At my location they are super nice and try to find you a replacement even if it is not available in their store, and they honor their warranty with no headache or fuss.

I have never had to use this so i couldn't give you any info on the quality of service, but it's nice to have someone to complain to just in case.

The price is really good and the product itself is just better if you’re doing any type of office work or work from school!!

Love this replacement plan for monitors, headsets and keyboards, however, i bought it for all 5 computers that I purchased from Best Buy and when I had continuous problems with one of them , they made it impossible to exchange. Thanks god I had geek squad tech support because they worked in that computer multiple times w no extra charge . It seems that the replacement plan is just a waste of money on computers, so unfair because I spent a lot on the insurance and was unable to use it. Get geek squad tech support if possible, much better use of it.

Purchased the service just incase it is needed. So far product has been good and haven’t needed the service. Always safe to have it just in case.

Ended up going back to huntsman mini. Nice, not huge diff in keyboard but big price gap.

always great to have additional coverage just in case. I cannot tell you how many times I have used the geek squad. Every time my items were fixed or replace. rather it is my washer, computer, headphones, keypad

This 2 year protection is great for gaming keyboards and mice, as it's normal to wear through non-mechanical devices within a year's time of heavy use.

I always get the protection plan even if I don’t need it because there are days you will need it and don’t have it. For me a necessary for some not so much.

As of right now I have had a great experience with their protection plan. Only down fall sometimes is the wait in line but other than that it's great. Get it for every electronic I buy, the one time I didn't I broke my screen and no geek squad to help me so if you can afford it buy it. Don't be stingy. You never know.
