    also its always smart to keep insurance because my keyboard has been through a lot and is still hanging on so I can get these books out to my readers. If I need to replace in the future will definitely rebuy the same model and if that's not in stock I will definitely buy the same brand.

    I don't usually buy protection, but this plan is great. Full replacement even if it just breaks, and you can buy new protection to cover two more years. Saved me lots when my son is just hard on things

    Always worth spending a little extra to have the protection when and if you need it. We have had positive experiences in the rare occasions we have had to use the protection on items but the service is always good and having this makes it so easy and no stress if something goes wrong.

    It’s a good peace of mind to have. But definitely try out the item in store or before hand. So you can know for sure that adding the protection is worth it. They allow for return with all your money back and it’s amazing if you run into any issues or just want to replace the products being covered.

    We never needed this until it was almost expired but we did use it recently. They were very helpful in helping us out with my Son's gaming PC.

    Always helps to have a back up protection. Definitely gives you a peace of mind, for if your items has an issue. I think of all the things I should have gotten a warranty for, but didn’t wanna pay a few bucks more for. Then ended up having to get a new one and pay the full price again. Always get a protection plan.

    When my corsair virtuoso XT broke I went in hoping to exchange in store but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. I grabbed a different headset as a part of the exchange but it wasn’t up to my standards of use. When I went to return it the bestbuy store ended up charging me full pricing of my original headset as opposed to the sales price I had originally bought it for. I ended up losing so much money because bestbuy couldn’t honor their own system. Then when I realized bestbuy did not prioritize any customer satisfaction or service I was backed into a corner since all my money was tied up in these transactions. If I left with nothing I’m out of money. If I order it again I still lose money. Bestbuy was horrible in this entire transaction I had multiple employees “express” sympathy as it’s “corporate” for every scapegoat they needed. When I asked for additional support they advised me to seek out a corporate email on my own and write something. No complaint filing in store no reference to any higher management and no support. The service desk was uninterested, unsupportive, and all rotating staff to not be responsible for my transactions. Everyone acknowledged the receipt discrepancies but no one wanted to help or see if there’s anything to be done. Just “that’s the way it is” and passed off to the next in their chain of command unprompted. Horrible experience.
