I recommend this to anyone. I have gotten my keyboard and mouse replaced before when I had water damage to them. We have had multiple consoles break from wear and tear and they have been replaced very quickly. This is worth every penny especially if the device it is covering is a bit pricey.

Having this option, gives me piece of mind, just in case Murphy's law decides to kick in.

Shade, my Geek Squad Technician provided the easy install in my home. He showed me how easy to set up was and answered any and all questions I had. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Replacement service is outstanding investment for all Best Buy products.

I enjoy getting the geek squad protection. We have a large family so we need alot of security. The kids are sometimes not that careful and having protection makes me feel soo much better. Thanks for always offering this type of service to your customers. It really helps alot.

With such an expensive piece of hardware, a 2 year GS service is priceless. Totally worth buying if you use your products daily. It also gives you piece of mind. My brother just used his, and turned in his mouse and got a replacement the same day. Good service. Worth the price.

In this age of high tech purchases, it is absolutely necessary to get this so that if your product falls after the 30 days of use, you can get it replaced and not have to rebuy it. It is a shame that you have rebuy the geek squad protection but when you purchase a several thousand dollar TV and it stops working, what are you gonna do if you do not have the protection and do not have the money for a new TV?

One of my headsets got damaged. Luckily I had the geek squad replacement and was able to exchange the product for a brand new one. The only thing is when you get the new one you have to get the protection again it does not roll over. Still worth it though.

Accidental Geek Squad Replacement This is just a must have when getting electronics for my children especially. It has saved my real money when I have to get a replacement because it item falls after "their normal wear and tear" on the item

Didn’t really use the service but they haven’t been bad in the past. Last time we used their services maybe they just say over the phone instead of us coming in to find out they don’t have anyone qualified in custom computers. We should have known.

Never had an issue with the claims! Highly recommend people get the protection for expensive devices. Much easier than dealing with warranty claims with manufactures.

I used this keyboard when my damaged mechanical keyboard temporarily had issues. Great temporary replacement. Found a permeant home on a family members desk and has been flawless

Great option for any device you get. When you break down the price per day or even the idea of what it costs to replace a device in this similar situation it is a no brainer. The accidental part also really helps with kids.

The geek squad protection saved me big time. Right before my two year period ended my previous headphones stopped working but thanks to the geek squad warranty I was able to get them replaced no questions asked. 10/10 would buy this with any purchases I make from now on
