I always purchase the warranty when offered it has saved me so much money in the long run.

Hopefully I won't need to use it but I have in the past. Only warrantys that I will actually purchase.

Haven't used the plan yet, but it was for a gift and the transfer of the plan to the person I bought it for went well. The customer service representative on the phone quickly accessed the plan information, input the new owner information and explained an email would be sent to the new owner with all the necessary plan information. Only problem I have is that this shouldn't be necessary. The web site should have a way to enter the correct information for a plan when the purchase is a gift.

Recommended if you rage a lot or have children, protect your investments

I love Geek Squad! I always get great service and my computer is kept in a "tuned up" condition. Whenever I have a problem, it is easily solved by calling "Geek Squad". I consider my service one of the best investments I have made, and have renewed my service several times.

Bought this for a teen. Works as advertised. Keys are very clicky so a bit loud but the keys are smooth and mouse has some weight to it . Not the fastest option but functions well for the price.

I haven't have not had to use geek squad protection so i cannot say if its good or bad. That is why i gave 3 stars.

I’ve had to use the GSP a handful of times due to accidental damage. I’ve never had trouble warrantying an item, I’ve had to use it on controllers and mice over the years.

Went through alot of headphones where mic goes out. Get this so you dont keep buying headsets!

Great gaming keyboard that my wife loves. We are a huge gaming family and needing a great keyboard is a must. Bonus is that we get geek squad protection on it as well.

Purchased a faulty hard drive, and the Geek Squad tested the device, Rayan went through extremes to get my drive replaced. Rayan recommended a warranty, and it was totally worth the price.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it’s really good to have because they will fix no questions asked you don’t have to wait days to send it or whatever other company’s do, geek squad just fix it or send you a new one all you have to do is take to the store and bam your done.

Protection on these items makes it super easy to just go into a Best Buy location and inquire about getting a replacement. It's quick and easy. The price is worth it.
