If you use gear at home and let kids touch it, you will find this a must have. Think of using for mice and headsets

For keyboard and headsets that are used daily we taken advantage of the warranty. Simple to use just trade out the item and pay a few dollars to extend the warranty.

Good functional keyboard but I wish there was more RGB since it's only 75%.

This tends to be my back up wireless keyboard since it does not have all the bells and whistles i like. But works in a pinch!

The replacement was almost magically easy, they didn’t have the exact mouse I wanted so they practically gave me store credit so I can practically upstage the mouse that broke.

I had to swap out a keyboard in store due to an obvious design flaw. They didn't even ask me what was wrong, they just let me swap it out. Done. No questions asked. This plan paid for itself!

I absolute love this. There has been so many time I have broke my controller and I was able to get a new one for free. In other place they do give it to you like bestbuy. I have first hand experience.

Definitely worth it to have the peace of mind when it comes to an expensive tech purchase. You can just walk into the store, tell them whats wrong and they replace the product. hopefully I dont need to use it.
