I always buy the protection plan. It has saved me multiple times. Worth the extra cost. They are very easy going about helping when there is an issue.

Aloha, If you included your service warranty with geek squad with an item you purchased from Best Buy, They never fail you, they will go far to help you get what you need. I know Geek Squad for years, they fix almost anything and everything. If you’re having a hard time they will be able to help you. If you have any other question they would be happily able to assist you.

I have never been disappointing by purchasing Geek Squads accidental service replacement services. They replace, no questions asked, for exactly the same item. I generally repurchase the program for the new item and it continues for another 2 years.

Geek squad protection is a must for products you want to keep alive. Don’t take the gamble and just insure the things you love.
