Never had an issue getting the store credit issued as a gift card. Just make sure to bring paper receipts if you have them.

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

Quality is good. Leave on for days disconnected and works very well. No issues. Just connect the batter to recharge when it reaches one bar but works great.

Simply brought my one year old item that stopped working in and got a new one. Will purchase everytime.

I've been a fan of the Geek Squad warranty. Now, I have a membership that includes warranty or service so, I guess it should be the same.

I can only guess at the overall rating , as I have not had to use it yet., However when the first printer did not work, they did come back and install the new one for no extra charge, and that's within the week.

Every time I need help they are there and they don't stop until the problem is resolved. They are also very knowledgeable. I will always buy the protection plans. It's really worth it for a few extra bucks.

Bought it with a Corsair headset just in case it needs replacing/fixing. It has been a year and is still in the clear, but a good thing to have for safety reasons.

love this keyboard, its my 3rd, at home and both PCs at office. had one go bad, just from excessive use and dropping but it was fully covered under my best buy extended waranty.

The crew at Best Buy Bronx Treminal Market were courteous, professional, and it took just 5 days to get it done. And the insurance allows plenty of time to bring in the laptop just in case.

What can I say? It's a warranty plan, I've yet to use it, so expect an update in the future.

Keyboard for use with my Imac computer. This is a great keyboard and since the Apple Keyboard did not have a 10 key, I got this so that I would have one on my keyboard.

Overall great experience with them but haven’t needed them past that.

very easy to set up the accident warranty plan and at a good price would recommend using it
