Having a 2 year accidental geek squad replacement policy is great peace of mind. Although I never had to use this, it is great to know it is available if there is an issue.

We never needed this until it was almost expired but we did use it recently. They were very helpful in helping us out with my Son's gaming PC.

I have yet to use this aspect of my purchase but i have had great experiences with Geek Squad previously with a laptop.

In this age of high tech purchases, it is absolutely necessary to get this so that if your product falls after the 30 days of use, you can get it replaced and not have to rebuy it. It is a shame that you have rebuy the geek squad protection but when you purchase a several thousand dollar TV and it stops working, what are you gonna do if you do not have the protection and do not have the money for a new TV?

I enjoy getting the geek squad protection. We have a large family so we need alot of security. The kids are sometimes not that careful and having protection makes me feel soo much better. Thanks for always offering this type of service to your customers. It really helps alot.

The protection from geek squad is the best thing in the world. If it doesn't work anymore- you take it right in and boom, you get new- no questions asked.

With such an expensive piece of hardware, a 2 year GS service is priceless. Totally worth buying if you use your products daily. It also gives you piece of mind. My brother just used his, and turned in his mouse and got a replacement the same day. Good service. Worth the price.

I have used Geek Squad Protection service many times before and it's much better than other Retailer's Protection Plans. It's saved me many times and the process is very simple. Love it. Get your items protection, you never know what can happen.

Would not have the product without the Geek Squad. Grandson is not that hard on the keyboard, but, just in case it is covered.

Recently bought. Great comfort very nice products.

Great for the price point but would do better with metal parts on the headband. The plastic ended up breaking after about a month but i do have a somewhat big head only reason i don't rank it lower. But the mic quality and sound are A+ for gaming headphones at their price.
