helped me change my damaged product very quickly and it was a great experience

I had a warranty for a rival 650 mouse from them (I had had it for about a year) and at one point the glue that held on the pads sort of "went bad" is the only way I can put it. The pads started sliding around and the glue squished out from under them. It was really easy to use my warranty. I just went into Bestbuy with the parts, went to the geek squad counter, explained the issue, and they took the pieces and gave me store credit for it. I got a g502 lightspeed with that which I am also enjoying. I was even missing a couple of the included weights from the rival 650 but they still did it. I'm getting their protection for every item from Bestbuy from now on.

I haven’t had any issues with geek squad ever. They’re usually really helpful with what I need, and if the product isn’t repairable they’ll give you a gift card for the value of the item.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t think I’d ever be a fan of protection plans, but as an employee of Geek Squad I see so many people come through every day and they save so much money just because they spent a little extra for the protection plan. Now I get protection plans on almost everything I buy and it has greatly increased the lifespan of my products, as well as saved me from a couple financial disasters.

Can't go wrong with geek squad protection. You can return the product at any time in the two year window no questions asked for a full store credit refund. This protection plan is the primary reason I purchase electronics at Best buy. As long as they continue to offer it I will continue to add to the majority of my purchases.

The customer service was awesome. I got the protection plan for my headset and after almost two year, my headset broke and it was replaced for a new one. I totally recommend the plans offered with your purchase.

Every time something has broken I was able to bring it in and get a replacement with no problems. Other stores sometimes make it a complicated process, but since they pretty much cover everything you don't really have to worry.

Geek squad service/warranty is amazing. For year I’ve always declined any type of warranty coverage but in the last two year I’ve started to buy it for any purchase that is eligible. Any issue I’ve ever had has been met with a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. I’ll always purchase they’re protections moving forward. Great job Best Buy!! Thanks.
