Aloha, If you included your service warranty with geek squad with an item you purchased from Best Buy, They never fail you, they will go far to help you get what you need. I know Geek Squad for years, they fix almost anything and everything. If you’re having a hard time they will be able to help you. If you have any other question they would be happily able to assist you.

Best Buy helped me out very well! My product had stopped functioning as intended, which is okay because I had planned ahead and bought the protection plan on it. ALWAYS buy protection! You never know what may happen in life! I was able to replace my product with a new one, and went about my day.

Geek Squad has actually been the best value of any service I've ever used in the "warranty" category I guess. You can't beat the service offered or the ease in which it is to get a replacement. I love geek squad warranties especially Accidental damage. You pay a small fee and if quite literally anything happens to it, it gets replaced for free and you can add another warranty on new item.
