[Employee of bestbuy] I love the geek squad protection plans they are so easy to work with in store and over the phone.

Geek squad stopped by to set up my surround sound. Unfortunately they could not set up two speakers due to the set up of my home. Bit they were very friendly and informative.

The crew at Best Buy Bronx Treminal Market were courteous, professional, and it took just 5 days to get it done. And the insurance allows plenty of time to bring in the laptop just in case.

Haven’t needed to use it so couldn’t really say. Typically I don’t opt in for accidental because I have no kids or pets.

My seriously expensive headset I use for work broke and if I hadn’t had a geek squad warranty they wouldn’t have just replaced the headset on site. I would have had to send them somewhere.

This tends to be my back up wireless keyboard since it does not have all the bells and whistles i like. But works in a pinch!

It’s only a matter of time after years of constant use when it will need to be repaired. If they can’t fix it, Best Buy provides a new one (must be equal in cost or more)

I love Bestbuy and their return/replacement/repair policy. I’ve had issues with other retailers but never with Bestbuy.
