Wow this keyboard is great. Takes a little getting used to seeing as how I’ve always used a full sized keyboard. Key action is smooth and precise. Icue software is a bit wonky but what specialized software isn’t so I wont knock a star. Would buy again if I had to.

I purchased a two year protection policy because it’s the smart thing to do! Best Buy basically covers everything that would ever happen to the product and it was only a small percentage of what I was going to pay! Now I don’t have to worry if it breaks. Easy decision

These guys are great not only did they help guide me through all the different options I had when browsing but after buying when I had questions or concerns guiding me through setup and adding features. My keyboard started to lag and I was having issues with certain keys not working. This was for the Corsair K95 platnium. So glad I got the protection plan. I was able to have the keyboard replaced and I did not lose my initial investment. I highly recommend that you sign up for the annual protection plan as it covers all your Best But purchases.

I love this two years accidental replacement membership this is amazin. Sometimes things happen give yourself the peace of mind especially if you have a little one sometime accident happened but having this product will save you a lot of money

As far as an inexpensive keyboard and mouse go this set is great

Glad I had it for when my space key stopped working but even tho I had a year left on it I had to repurchase for the replacement keyboard.

The ability to swap your item out for a new one if it stops working is just too good and I have yet to see a superior plan from another retailer.

Anyone that purchase any electronics should purchase this. It's worth it.

Low profile makes for easy use even without a wrist rest. The G hub software is easy and straightforward. The ability to save a memory profile means you can turn the software off but the keyboard keeps your settings. The linear key switches are just what I was looking for. Not to loud and easy to press for fps games. Happy to find something with dedicated media control. All around amazing keyboard.

Will definitely help me when i smash this headset over my knee
