They sent out a new one even before we had sent back the old one. Thanks, she needed it for school.

It didn't affect the functionality of it but i didn't want it to get worse. Took it in while under the warranty i purchased and they replaced the whole tablet with no issues.

This is also why I do not buy those products from online Amaz. I only use BestBuy for this reason. You need to protect your purchases.
