I love my geek squad service. All my equipments get extended warranty... it is worth the value.

Never go without our warranty. Super easy to replace devices when you get a warrantyvthrough best buy. Never have an issue when we need to use our warranty.

Dang! I was 4 days from my warranty expiring. It was great luck but it covered it

Thankfully have not used it on my new unit yet, however on my tablet that was less than a year old and having a broken screen... the cost was definitely worth having my unit back fixed like new with no added cost.

it cost me 120 + tax and 40 for geek squad 1 year that really is not so good because well it already comes with a 1 year manufacturer, 40 is steep considering 1 year and so much for that- should be like 3 year, so Best Buy... I always get a fair deal w/bb geek but I had 1 weird 1 where my phone had a problem and (long time ago) i had a 2 year i went there and they told me it wasn't through geek squad but through boast even though they pointed out to me that it indeed say geek on the receipt. All the memories of that one or vague but I was let down. And just the same way on a vinyl player at wal-mart the same way. Those two times were terrible but I doubt that will happen to you. I recommend though unlike me take your proof and call the upper powers because they do listen though. i give them a 4 stars for this product price. But geek squad is usually always 5

I purchased this accidental insurance and it's great that I did, because the open box computer attached to it went black and quit working.. this kicked in and we got a new "refurbised" machine in it's place and it's been 100% ever since.. saved my butt!!

The Geek Squad is a tremendous benefit from Best Buy. They set up and transferred information on all of our devices (computer, tablet, etc.). They are a great tool as well if you have any software, set up, virus, general operation issues, and general questions. Available via in store, phone, or computer chat they have been a tremendous help and resource.

I love the size of this item. Even though it has a small screen, everything I look at appears huge. The colors are vivid. This is my 3rd time making this purchase. I pass my used one on and get a new one and it has longevity.

Keep the Best Buy protection on all your purchases that you cannot afford to readily go out and spend that money to replace. The best hassle free and easiest protection plan hands down. We have had several products fail and Best Buy is always there to fix, replace or provide a refund if they no longer carry that product (minus the protection plan coverage of course). So definitely would recommend. Super easy.

Geek Squad is always the best. They make sure that they do all they can, and that you are happy when you leave the store.

I have protection on my tablet and laptop. I brought my tablet in for a hard reset, and the guy even didn't try or ask for information about the tablet. I had better experience with my laptop ( they sent it out for repair), the total cost of repair would've been comparable to purchasing a new similar laptop.

I love this Microsoft Surface Pro warranty! I just wish it was a 4 year.

Always gleefully glad to have this (always buy with each laptop/tablet purchase). HOWEVER, I purchased 3-year plan for my *prior* Surface Pro 7, had it for 2 days & cracked the screen. This plan meant I got brand new replacement. BUT had to buy yet another 3-yr plan (and another $280) for the new replacement. So I wound up paying for TWO of these plans or $560 within a few days! Would loved to have carried the old plan over to cover new replacement.
