I've had two instances when Geek Squad coverage has completely saved me. Exchange/credit toward a replacement unit was painless, so I buy Geek Squad warranty coverage whenever I have a major purchase at Best Buy.

I prefer best buy for the geek squad service, I like being able to walk in and physically hand my item in for service rather than other stores where you have to mail the item out for repair etc. Granted they do the same thing most of the time but at least you know it got handed over to someone to take care of that.

I really appreciate the protection for these type of things I purchased this product for an eight year old who of course has tendency to break or drop things I took the seventh generation one I purchased in and without hesitation they took care of it with no worries I will always get the protection for any item worth saving

Geek service was fast and easy it was super easy to make a appointment online i didnt have to wait long and the team member was very knowledgeable

Bought the geek squad protection as the devise was for my kids. These type of protection arw always needed especially with kids devices

i recommend getting this if you're buying a tablet for your child or for any things really, they can help replace your item if it breaks

Got this for our Samsung Frame tv, it is good peace of mind if anything goes bad on these tvs. Note though that i got a screaming deal on the TV and because of that, it offset the cost of the eventual geek squad contract price. THat's the other way i justify this too.

You have to have a geek squad protection on all your devices is definitely a must they do such a great job when it comes to repair your device or helping you get it fixed they have a membership that you can sign up for two so you should try that out

So glad i spend the extra money on this for my daughters tablet, because she totally dropped it on concrete and broke it. Luckily I took it back to Best Buy and they fixed it for me for free! Always buy those extended warranties with high priced items!

This was a great service to buy! It gives me access to Geek Squad agents online, over the phone, and in store. You can get help with a problem, with maintenance, or even get answers to a question. The agents are extremely professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful! All of that, plus great protection for your computer. :)

Purchased this and I don't think I ever had to use it (I can't remember if I used it or not) but I think it was worth the money even if I didn't use it because I knew if something happened or went wrong I knew I could depend on the geek squad to fix my problem.

Bought this because of the price and features. It's not bad but, I feel like the newer generation tablets in this line would give me more of what I truly need from a tablet.

I got this for my new kindle Fire because I dropped my old one and shattered the screen.

I wouldn't buy an electronic device without some kind of extended warranty. Every warranty we've bought has paid for itself and then some. Our local Best Buy Geek Squad has provided us with excellent service.
