I always buy protection plans on everything. I don't always use them, however, the money I've put into them is nowhere near the replacement values I have received.

If you buy a tablet or phone it will drop at some point. The protection offered by Geek Squad is necessary and easy to use when you need it... and you will need it.

Wish I can use it, but there's no way to determine which product is which as you need information such as the product serial number along with the receipt. I ordered multiple as I have four children that each got one. Three of which had a glitch shortly after opening them and froze. I considered sending it back, or going to get repaired but I can't seem to figure out which is which.

My family member was very satisfied with her gift needed for her new position at work. Thin, light and easy to navigate.
