Haven't used it for this product yet. But have bought it for other products in the past and found BB staff to be helpful and easy to work with when issues arrive.

I get protection plans on EVERYTHING! This helps you not worry so much about something happening to your product. You work hard so protect your things with a plan.

Always get Geek Squad protection on a device you will using at different places - so much can go wrong.

So worth spending the extra money for your product to be protected. Life saver.

The staff at geek squad were very nice and Helpful

The only flaw i would say is they werent able to repair my son tablet so they replaced it and i couldnt renew the protection i would have to spend a whole nother 40 dollars on insurance but other than that its solid i would recommend getting it because when your item breaks it nice to know it can still be replace if not fix

3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection. I have yet to use this particular plan. But in the past when I need to use a Geek Squad plan they were excellent to work with!

Always get the geek squad protection plan when getting tech from Best Buy. It covers spill protection and when you have kids, it’s the best thing to get.

I always get the insurance when i buy , not cause of any issues but because i rather have it and not use it then to not have it and need to use it.

Geek squad is the way to go!!! Always I sure your products
