Absolutely trash service. camera got thrashed from accidentally leaving it on my car and they’re refusing to replace it . Why buy insurance if insurance doesn’t cover the accidental damage makes no sense

A must have for any of your expensive purchases, especially mirrorless cameras! Don't go without protection!

I did have trouble adjusting to this camera since the auto focus also adjusts the length of the lens. My previous camera was the Rebel T5. It does take high quality pictures and I am able to see the captured image in the eye piece. That allows me to know in real time if I’ve captured the shot. With the lens moving constantly, it does quickly drain the battery.

I purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my camera, and it has been completely worth it. Solid camera. No problems. It's has been with me for 7months. I've taken over 15000 pics; I used it for sports wildlife and casual shooting. I came from a m50 II. The upgrade is worth it. The IBIS is awesome. I can handheld shoot in low light for up to 2 sec if I try hard. I got the geek squad insurance.

I have been fortunate that I have not needed to utilize the Geek Squad services. That reflects highly on canon products. IMPO, canon products are outstanding. Best buy 2 year protection was easy to get and reasonably priced.

Iam new to the camera scene but very eager to learn. This camera will allow that without having to invest on a hefty price if it doesnt work out. The protection is there if needed hopefully i dont need to use it
