Haven’t had to use it yet, but I got it for my new washing machine and so glad I did because I ended up needing it after a year or two of owning it. It’s a great peace of mind to have even if I don’t use it. Just knowing I have it if I need it is great.

I had to use this service within two week of purchasing my camera, I had stumbled and fell while the camera was around my neck. The lens got jammed and would not focus. I contacted the Geek Squad online, followed directions given and took it to the Geek Squad to send it off for repair. Within ten days, it was repaired and returned to me. So happy I got the Geek Squad service.

Great idea to always have Geek Squad in case there's a problem. They've always been knowledgeable about the products I've purchased and if they can't fix, usually it's replaced with new. Love the Geeks!

I highly recommend getting accidental protection for high cost cameras. Geek squad tried to fix our camera but quickly determined repair cost greater than new camera. They replaced our camera with a new one without any hassle. I am sold on Geek Squad!

Have several items in the house that has came from Best buy and several are computers that we use for play and for business. Any problems we have had the Geek Squad has came thru with flying colors. I always get the Geek Squad protection because accidents do happen and when they do I do not want to end up without my product and with a high cost to replace or fix. I used it once and the transaction was easy. Would buy again just in case.

I bought this Geek Squad protection plan because of the good experiences I have had with them on some of my other electronic devices that had problems way over my capabilities to handle. I always purchase the extended warranty on electronic purchases from Best Buy. I find that their protection offered is fairly priced. It just gives me the assurance that if something goes wrong after the manufacturer's warranty period, Best Buy is there to help. Electronics can be pricey. Having an extended warranty for me is a good investment. I've had to use it in the past and Best But had stood behind what was promised. Highly recommend.

sent my camera out to get fixed, stopped working. error. They couldnt fix it. Was simple. Go to store, got credit, bought a bigger camera and upgrade and paid difference. Was super easy .
