    I got a 1-year accident protection plan for my camera, but I never used it. I didn't drop my camera, nothing broke, no scratches. So it wasn't really worth it for me.

    I had my computer brought to the geek squad but 3 day after they gave it back to me it kept bothering. This kept going on for the year that I had the protection. My computer has not been fixed.

    I have purchased geek squad protection in the past and they have always been very helpful so I purchased again have not had the opportunity to have to use yet

    Ideally you never need this. Dont recommend. Hassel to use. Not a great value over all...likely fair though considering market.

    I always buy the geek squad but seems now they charge for things during the warranty you pay for. Not as good as it used to be

    I only buy the protection plans for the computers as my children have a bad habit of dropping their computers or breaking the, so the warranty comes in handy. However, the plans are very expensive.

    I purchased the protection plan because my brother in law dropped my previous 400 dollar camera. I had no Geek squad protection and this time I made sure my new camera was protected.

    Broke my first camera and sent it in for the repair. It was discontinued and they wouldn't repaired it so they gave me a refund. Basically payed a 50.00 deductible to get my money back.

    When I purchased this service, I was under the impression that it would replace my device had anything happen to it. Well, something happened and when I went to get it serviced I was only approved for the "value" of my camera at the time of purchase and since it has raised in value I could not replace my camera but had to downgrade, with the "value" I had. I still unfortunately recommend this because replacing a device out of pocket can sometimes break us. Just wish I had my original camera.

    After the salesman assured me you can "replace/exchange" your troubled product ... no questions asked with this extended warranty, I reached out to Geek Squad for support in doing so. Here's what I was told - "Sorry, we cannot replace/exchange this product because your receipt does not show a '-R' with the warranty. We will send this in for repair only. Make sure you train your Sales staff better to not mislead consumers please.

We do our best to provide full coverage at the time of purchase by providing a copy of our Terms & Conditions. Most of our plans cover repair, and replacement only if the item is deemed unrepairable. If replacement is the only option, it is called out in the plan name.
