Have several items in the house that has came from Best buy and several are computers that we use for play and for business. Any problems we have had the Geek Squad has came thru with flying colors. For us this has not been just good for the lose of computer but have business records that we would have lost and that would have been terrible. Thank You Geek Squad for being there.

Recently bought a sony a7 iv, I added the Geek Squad 4 year protection. Why? Accidents happen, when you have the protection, you will have peace of mind. Just bring your item to any best buy and get it replaced no questions asked.

A must have protection plan just in case we never known.

Canon has made my vacation memorable and unforgettable. If I want to go back all I have to do is watch the videos and the pictures to go back into the unforgettable vacations.

I always purchase the extended warranty on electronic purchases from Best Buy. I find that their protection offered is fairly priced. It just gives me the assurance that if something goes wrong after the manufacturer's warranty period, Best Buy is there to help. Electronics can be pricey. Having an extended warranty for me is a good investment. I've had to use it in the past and Best But had stood behind what was promised. Highly recommend.

Haven’t had to use it yet, but I got it for my new washing machine and so glad I did because I ended up needing it after a year or two of owning it. It’s a great peace of mind to have even if I don’t use it. Just knowing I have it if I need it is great.

I have purchased Best Buy Service plans before and they have always been that extra insurance when i problem arises. I hope i dont have to use it, but good knowing I am covered if a problem occurs, especially for a large high dollar purchase.

I bought this Geek Squad protection plan because of the good experiences I have had with them on some of my other electronic devices that had problems way over my capabilities to handle. They have fixed my devices in timely manners; I've learned to trust them. Also they are in-town and convenient to me.

This camera is amazing .Top quality pictures and makes for a great hobby.

I always get the Geek Squad protection because accidents do happen and when they do I do not want to end up without my product and with a high cost to replace or fix. I used it once and the transaction was easy. Would buy again just in case.

Hope I don’t need it but glad I got it. Time will tell and I’ll gladly update that experience if I end up needing it.

Great idea to always have Geek Squad in case there's a problem. They've always been knowledgeable about the products I've purchased and if they can't fix, usually it's replaced with new. Love the Geeks!

I debated about this camera and the D7200, and stayed with the D7100 because: it's essentially the same camera, it allows one to choose file size so not all photos are 24mp, it's FAST enough that I could shoot blue moon photos, hand held witch a 300 Nokor zoom lens and have them be crystal clear with no noise, and it's $300 LESS. Great camera, great photos, great price. The Best Buy rep even steered me to this camera rather than the other one.

Purchased for my daughter.. She now has PT gig taking pics on the weekend.
