Peace of mind when you buy a expensive item such as the canon camera we bought.

I haven’t had to use it but my sister did on her camera and they took care of her easily and we’re very friendly to work with.

Geek Squad took their time to patiently help me get a replacement for my camera when it broke. The original one I got was out of stock. But, they helped me find a similar model, and I’m so thankful!

Geek squad has always got you and your product covered. I had them recover an old laptops hard drive and they did it quick and easy.

Well, I've been a loyal customer of Geek Squad since I got my first laptop for college back in 2008. I do not usually have issues with my products, but when I do, the Geek Squad team is generally who I rely on. And as a fail-safe, I typically purchase at minimum, a 2-year extended warranty for most electronics I purchase. It just gives me peace of mind that I cannot replace had I not chosen to protect my products. So, overall, great service and the pricing is generally always reasonable.

Have not needed to use it but it is always comforting to know that it is there.

The best investment I made was buying my camera. I knew anything could happen to it but having it insured gave me peace of mind. If it stops working, I can easily get it fixed and having protection on anything is a must because you can get help to fix it without stressing.

most times we dont get the warranty they sell for money reasons. and its fine in most cases. But when it comes to electronics and more in expensive electronics these best buy warranties can save your butt. ever since i bought a printer like 15 years ago and got the warranty which saved me and even at the end of its life got me a brand new upgraded printer for free, great deal. ever since, i get them and used them sometimes. trust me you need it specially if its an on the go equipment or if you have kids or pets. i consider myself a very cautions person and even then, accidents happen.

I buy my pc and devices from Bestbuy with confidence, because I know they got my back when unexpected accidents and/or malfunction occurs. The Geek Squad team, ensures that I leave their store with all my devices functioning to perfection and all my questions answered. Also they are a phonecall away! You don't have to wait an eternity to connect with an agent. With accidental Geek Squat Protection your related technicall device headaches are resolved. towards the end of my last warranty i took my camera in for a cleaning, it came back damaged. Sent it back out the issue wasn't fixed. At this point the warranty was expired. I fought to have it sent it out again and have the issue that the cleaning place broke. It came back with a cracked tempered glass protector screen. Company fought with me they just crack. Three months and had to get corporate involved to resolve the issue from the servicer which I believe was Prestige camera

I love this camera! Before I brought the Fuji film, I had a Canon Rebel, and a Sony camera before that. The Fuji film I super light weight, beautifully designed, and they features are fun to work with.

I have purchased the Accidental Protection Plan-Geek Squad for other electronic items I purchased at Best Buy, and had the opportunity to have to actually use it twice for two of the items. I was able to get one of the items repaired and the other replaced at no additional cost to me. The item I had repaired eventually had to be replaced and it was still with in the time that was covered by the protection plan and I was able to get it replaced at minimal cost, as I purchased a more expensive item. To me, the 3Year Accidental Protection Plan-Geek Squad really is a minimal cost for my peace of mind.

It’s a warranty. Ultimately your decision if you want it. But it does include annual cleaning and maintenance ( Sensor cleaning and firmware updates) accidental handling. Even as careful as I am I’d rather have it and not need it then need it and be out a $2500 camera
