Never used my geek squad coverage. It’s still good to have it

Didn’t end up using this. But a great option. Luckily I’ve been very careful with my camera

I bought this for my expensive LUMIX camera but it hasn't even been out of the box. So I guess I really didn't need it!!

Good to have in case but for only a year it’s pretty expensive not really worth it.

When I purchased this service, I was under the impression that it would replace my device had anything happen to it. Well, something happened and when I went to get it serviced I was only approved for the "value" of my camera at the time of purchase and since it has raised in value I could not replace my camera but had to downgrade, with the "value" I had. I still unfortunately recommend this because replacing a device out of pocket can sometimes break us. Just wish I had my original camera.

I never needed to use it but you never know when you might have a need for it.

It’s always good to have insurance on your experience items!!

The protection plan is a joke. They didn’t repair my camera I just photographed a wedding worth my repaired camera and lost all of my files and the screen kept resetting and they don’t replace my camera I’m extremely upset

I heard I shouldn't have purchased this. But I did. I hope I won't have to use it.

My knowledge is limited but I can tell when I’m being pushed into something I don’t want or need

Never use it yet. Just got it for protection in case something break.

I returned the camera for another one, and opted to get a different insurance plan as it was cheaper.

Honestly not worth the money, I wish it was cheaper. I would think if you buy an expensive item consider insuring it if it is costly, but I would not get it again. I will say Geek Squad staff is very polite, but I did not get much use out of the insurance plan.
