The service plan I purchased on my new Nikon camera provides a great sense of security and is very reasonably priced.

We have not had to use the Geek Squad protection. I would not recommend the Geek Squad protection on computers. I had a very bad experience with them when a computer I bought there had problems.

They always be helping fr fr I always get my answers and everything done right when I need it done and I know ppl who get stuff done by them

The fact that it covers accidental damage really makes this worth the price for me. I'm very active, and I'm in the military so I travel a lot. Having accident protection makes this worth it to me. If you're just getting it to supplement the warranty, might not be as worth it, but certainly a lot less hassle than going through the manufacturer.

Recommend 100%, I have very clumsy hands so this is a must for me!

Geek squad has to be one of the greatest protection programs ive come across in my years of purchasing electronics. theyre super helpful with any questions you have, have reasonable solutions to any issues you might be facing with your gear and resolve your problems in a great amount of time. i will definitely add geek squad protection to all my purchases.

Purchased this as a extension to the guarantee on my camera purchase, and did use this for the replacement of a defective battery after manufacturer's guarantee expired, Easy to use and quick payment for replacement. They even told me where to get a replacement when Best Buy was out of stock locally.
