Good service from the geek squad you just have find or meet the right that knows a lot

I was having trouble with my camera. It wasn't completing the process of taking a photo. I wasn't thrilled when I found out it had to be sent out for repair and cleaning. I was glad to get it back and when I found out I could get it cleaned every year under the contract.

Always have to have geek squad with my cameras. It helps me feel better and have a peace of mind, with some extra warranty. I like how they offer a yearly cleaning and service check up on the cameras. However, wish the protection was a little longer.

I've already used this once. My compute was acting up so I took it in to Best Buy. The gentleman listened and suggested leaving it there for a check up. I was informed daily on the progress and everything ended up ok. They were very professional and explained things in a way a "non tech" person could understand.

I recommend getting the Geek Squad protection plan because it’s really helpful. I am not tech savvy but the Geek Squad is just a call or text away. I have even gone to the store and they were available and eager to help me with even the smallest of task.

Living in dusty Arizona desert and it is really hard and cameras and camera lens. Best Buy stand by their warranty and I highly recommend this insurance, its much cheaper than buying a new camera or lens especially if it breaks in less than a year

Love having the peace of mind on my camera being protected through the Geek Squad coverage, granted I am really gentle and careful with my camera equipment, but it’s nice to know that it will be taken care of in the event that anything bad were to happen.

The accidental coverage is a must, especially for expensive products. I had something wrong with my previous camera that geek squad could not fix. They gave me a gift card worth the original amount I paid and I was able to purchase a newer model of the camera and a new SD card for only $16 difference.

I use this camera for action pictures. It takes great and clear pictures. I used it for softball games so far and can't wait to try it on other sports.

Insurance and warranty are things we purchase and hopefully we don’t use. It’s all about peace of mind. My family purchased a new Canon Camera and wanted to feel confident that whatever happens to camera will be ok. A Best Buy representative said Geek Squad protection is the way to go and we did. I would have given a 5 out 5 stars but the price for protection is a bit much for such a short period of protection.

Have not had a chance to use this one and hopefully I will not have to. I've had the Geek Squad Protection in the past and it's great. Had no trouble at all getting my situation resolved. Definitely worth the money when protecting your valuables.

If you are buying something electronic for your teenager, just get the protection plan! You will not regret it. We've had to use a plan a few times and the service is always excellent. Replace or fix, no questions asked as to how it broke.
