I haven’t had to use this protection yet, but I have it on my Asus Zenbook as extra insurance in case of an accident. I’ve always had great service from the geek squad on my cameras, which is why I continuously make my big electronics purchases through them.

I’m excited to have this coverage, it is a very nice piece of mind. I haven’t used it yet but the Best Buy representative said that it is very easy to use which is good because some of the other ones can be kind of confusing.

Haven’t yet used it, but I always buy it for my expensive equipment. Anytime I’ve had questions for Geek Squad they’re usually helpful. Will update my review if I do end up using it.

Geek squad has paid for itself several times over. Had an accident and broke a $1000 dollar camera lens, they replaced it for free with this service. Broken GoPro due to car accident, replaced as well. Plus they take my camera for cleaning and updating when I need as well. Wonderful service!

I dropped my camera off the stage during a graduation and best buy fixed it with no problem. I told the representative I was leaving in a week for a vacation that I needed the camera and he put in a note to ensure I received speedy service. I got my camera back in 5 days! Geek squad is amazing

Did. Of get a chance to use Greek squad yet for the camera, but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.
