I haven't used it but the only time I ever needed to get an item fixed by Best Buy they couldn't fix it so instead they returned my money for the item and what I had paid for the insurance (because it was still under manufacturers warranty)

I won't purchase an electronics item without this coverage ever! Best Buy is AMAZING with repairing or replacing items that have failed to perform!

Glad I haven't had to use this, but bought it with my Sony camera to ensure it can be repaired if accidental damage occurs. It's reasonably priced, and especially if you depend on your camera for income, you don't want to be shelling out for repairs if something comes up.

Geek Squad Protection on anything gives you piece of mind. I reccomend to anyone who buys something that is expensive or you want to feel secure about if something happens.

It's super worth it for cameras. They cover drops and clean the camera once per year. Just get an open box and slap this warranty and you're set in terms of camera protection.

I have purchased Geek Squad protection in the past for computers, printers, iPad and cameras and have found it to be good protection for expensive products. If they cannot fix it, they replace it without any argument which is great.
