Amazing warranty anything they will return your stuff and give you another one

I debated about this camera and the D7200, and stayed with the D7100 because: it's essentially the same camera, it allows one to choose file size so not all photos are 24mp, it's FAST enough that I could shoot blue moon photos, hand held witch a 300 Nokor zoom lens and have them be crystal clear with no noise, and it's $300 LESS. Great camera, great photos, great price. The Best Buy rep even steered me to this camera rather than the other one.

The price is worth it! Thankfully haven't broke or dropped the camera on accident but glad to know I have 2 year protection plan when needed.

Geek Squad is super fast at helping to get my issues resolved in-store. They had to send out my camera to get it fixed but I was in and out within 10 min

According to the salesman that sold me my camera & this accident protection, if I accidentally drop my camera; it's covered under this policy. That is not covered under the warranty that came w/the camera. When you spend this much money for a product, it only makes sense to buy a protection plan. Hopefully, I won't have to use it because I have dropped my camera, but it's nice to have the protection in case I need it.

This has to be one of the best protection plans. Geeksquad always takes care of your device. Service is usually fast and professional. I still recommend that you check your product before you leave the store and make sure the service is done right. I highly recommend Geeksquad protection, especially for cameras.

sent my camera out to get fixed, stopped working. error. They couldnt fix it. Was simple. Go to store, got credit, bought a bigger camera and upgrade and paid difference. Was super easy .

I had dropped my camera in a lake trying to take a photo of the sunset and geek squad was completely understanding. After less than a week of being in a service center they gave me a store credit to purchase a new one.

I have not used the warranty just yet but I will recommend it. Because is always best to have it and not needed than needed and not have it..

I was in need to find a camera before my birthday 2/16 and before vacation the geek squad was very help in this process and I love my camera

I never intend to use this service and usually never buy thing like this. That being said the price was surprisingly fair and the service it provides is very nice to have. I will still baby my camera but the the peace of mind this service brings is worth the money for me.
