Good thing I haven't had to use it, but from other products BestBuy is top notch taking care of these things.

The Geek Squad protection plan is great. My last Go Pro had a battery that was bulging out to where the door wouldn't even close. Brought it in to my nearest Best Buy, and the replaced it quicker than a snap of the fingers. Very smooth and easy process!

This is good insurance for my go pro 11. It should be protected because it is not covered

Worth the buy! If you damage your item, this will come in handy. Especially if you are financing something with it. I recommend the extended plans, such as the 3 year. Your only gonna pay a couple more dollars a month if your gonna finance your item.

Bought the warranty for my GoPro. The camera had some problems recording, and the battery was not holding enough. Geek Squad replaced my camera, no questions asked. Peace of mind

THIS DOES WORK UNLIKE OTHER PROTECTION PLANS OUT THERE. THEY WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM WITH A NEW ONE NOT A REFURBISHED ONE LIKE OTHERS DO. ALSO IF THEY DONT HAVE THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING THEY WILL GIVE YOU EATHER STORE CREDIT OR YOUR MONEY BACK WICH EVER YOU CHOOSE.

Protection came in handy when our GoPro had issues and manufacturers warranty didn't cover it.

I haven't used Geek Squad Protection yet for the device I got the review for but I have used it in the past. It has been great every time. I always get it for our devices.
