We've always had the Geek Squad protection contract for several years. The Geeks have helped maintain our multiple computers in great working condition.

Purchased this to cover any potential problems with my product. I've had to use it before, and the process was very easy, which is why I continue to get the coverage with other products I buy.

I've had one problem when I dropped my camera and broke my lens. I took it in dropped it off, a week later it was replaced and returned to me at no charge and as promised. The best trouble-free transaction/coverage I have ever had.

i have used geek squad for years on all types of things like cameras, vacuums, microwaves, fridges, tv's.. i have had to use the plan at least once on each type of product, well worth it, you get it fixed or replaced usually.

Recomend everybody to always buy the warranty! My cámara came with a damage and they reemplace with the new one, next versión.

It is necessary to have insurance that covers damage to this camera. I recommend it.

I’m going to be honest, I haven’t actually had the need to use it but it’s good to know that if something happens to my camera, that I can always reach out to them. The cameras sold out so it’s hard to just replace them.

Have not had to use it yet, but is always good to have the protection for safety in case it falls to perform or quit working.

Have not had any issues at this time but have used it in the past. I've never had any issues.

I needed to feel confident in my coverage so I opted for this. we have not needed it so far, but nice to know we have just in case.
