Good protection for my Sony camera. I use my camera for my work. I accidentally drop it a lot, I take it in for repairs and when it is not repairable, they give me the full purchase value of the camara.

I bought a camera and decided for once to get the one year warranty. I only used my camera a handful of times and the shutter was broken. I am glad I had this warranty because everything was covered. Amazing price for what was needed.

I personally haven't used this yet (coz my camera has faced no damage and hopefully not any time soon) but having this kind of assurance that I have protection over my camera that was pricey makes me feel good.

Truthfully they didn't have to help me much with my product other than take it back. They could not fix my Nikon Coolpix P1000. However, they are very friendly and courteous.

Last camera broke after 2 years and was able to get a new one with no hassle thanks to my Geek Squad protection. Well worth it

If you break ish then get this. If you got kids or a crazy baby momma who throws ish then get this. If you GF get jealous cause you play more than you spend time with her while she’s on the phone then get this. It’ll save you some money more than switching to Geico

Good to know that no matter what the kid does with her instant camera, that the investment will last for at least 2-years with no further expense to repair or replace.

This was purchased to go with a new camera. Good price for a long-term product. It even replaces the camera if it is "dropped in the lake", per the store clerk. I found that funny since the user is going fishing . . . I was told, "no questions asked". Hopefully, we won't need it, tho!

I have an expensive DSLR camera and I used the protection policy twice last year. The first time they sent my camera in for repairs, I was very happy to get it fixed for free. The second time they couldn't fix it and offered me a new camera !!!! Thanks Best Buy you saved me thousands of dollars.

does anyone know what a repair on one of these tech models camera would cost. I guarentee u one use would be a fraction of warranty. But a three year protection? This camera is for my daughter so peace of mind is a DEAL !!

You just never know, get protected, i have used geek squad for years, it always works out when you need, saves you money in the end,. its worth the headache and money you will need to spend if something does go wrong and you have no plan, trust me, save yourself the headache.
