They have had my computer 7+ times. Sometimes as much as 6 weeks at a time. They think its reasonable to have to wait long periods of time while they aimlessly replace random parts.

states that exchanges and return of item is quick and painless. If that was the case, I would still buy them. I use square trade from now on.

I bought the coverage for my daughter’s camera and the picture quality that’s it’s not worth the money I paid for the coverage.

I personally think that being able to pick the pictures that you want to print is a big perk compared to taking the pictures with the camera. It also has a funny features like collages, drawing with the printer, etc. The pictures come out incredible and they’re perfect for journaling, giving away to friends, or put them in an album/frame. Just make sure that you charge it before use it because it doesn’t come with charge. The app is easy to use and to connect to the camera. I have no regrets of buying it.

I've wanted to get into instant film after a few years of shooting digital just to challenge myself and see what all the fuss was about analog photography. This camera was an amazing introduction! Easy to use, plus, with the addition to the app, having more manual controls that let me be more creative than a normal instant film camera. Also, the new addition of an extended viewfinder makes composing this much easier than I was expecting. Can't wait to shoot more!

I know most reviewers say that buying an extended service plan is money wasted. For my part, I find that having the Geek Squad Accidental Plan, offers me several things. Dropping my camera is something I worry about. With this plan the camera will be repaired or replaced. Getting a replacement battery is about half the cost of the plan. I may not have to use the plans I purchase, but it's nice to know, that if the worst happens, it will enable me to get years of enjoyment out of my $ 500.00 camera,

I'm so thrilled my previous camera quit working in June 2015, so that it prompted me to update to a new Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX220 camera with 18.2 mega pixels, 10x optical zoom up to 20X, and full HD movie. What an improvement on my pictures and for not much more than I paid for my previous camera a few years ago. All my friends are so impressed with my pictures, they want to know what I'm doing.

This did a better job than I was expecting. The only issue I had was the 35mm negative insert had an issue sliding the strip through. I found a small plastic buildup that stopped the strip. I was able to use a knife and knock it off and then the strips slid with no issues.

Overall Olympus has the best imagery of all the waterproof point and shoots - the RAW is great but requires post processing to use in lightroom and other standard photo editing software. Biggest issue is the closure mechanism. They are small and easily undone. I've toasted two of the cameras while surfing - deeply disappointing. I've since moved to TG-870 which has a much more robust closure mechanism. Also the pano feature is whack and useless on TG-4.

Purchasing protection plans from Geek Squad is always a smart idea. The investment is worth the return of future problems being covered and repaired!
