I buy it on all my large items but when you have an issue they fix if they can or give you store credit for price paid. Not to bad unless the item was bought on sale or open box. If so to replace you are out of pocket for price difference

Good service just sucks that u have to send out camera to get work done on it. Especially if running ur business with it.

I wouldn't recommend using this service. The customer service at best buy up to and including executive customer support is very poor and it will carry over to this service.

Geek Squad sent my Sony lens out to Sony for repair the didn’t fix the issue we had with it. Very unsatisfied not only that but the service time took a long time.

Thankfully, I've only had to use Geek Squad service twice in the many years I've purchased from Best Buy. In those 2 experiences, it was easy, quick, and well worth it.

Geek squad is cool. Anyone i encountered was very helpful. If you have a warranty make sure they do the manufacture warranty on your product first before using the one you brought.

Took me couple of hours to figured it out, but once I did, everything works great. Photos came out perfect. Love the AI bounce. Not all functions works with older cameras so check to make sure yours will before buying. My only complaint is that the AI bounce button to too hard to press.

If you're going to invest in an item your best bet is to have some warranty on it. Not all items last a lifetime but some do, either way don't spend money & be on the losing end because you didn't purchase accidental protection. You never know what may happen, that's why they're called accidents.

Extremely happy I bought this particular lense. Takes amazing photos up close and long range. For the price I’d have to say it’s definitely with it.

this protection is good to have. it is nice to know that if my product were to get damaged, i would easily be able to get it fixed or replaced.

I was hoping that the hype for this lens was real. Unfortunately, the hype was bad news. Unless you do not care if the lens works in all situations and all camera settings. The usable aperture for this lens is F4-F11. Using this lens at F1.8 at 64 ISO renders a blurry picture. This is most noticeable when shooting outdoor on a sunny day and when there is contrast in the scene. This makes this lens useless, since most semi-pro photographers take photos in varying light conditions. Since Nikon no longer makes lens/camera bodies in Japan the quality has hit rock bottom. Thailand? Please!!!!!

This lens is a great all around lens. Pictures are sharp and crisp.
